Chain is very heavy and the lock seems to be substantial. I got the long one to lock 2 bicycles to my RV. Very pleased

I haven't had to use it yet, as I store my generator indoors. However, if you have high expectations given the price, you won't be disappointed. Wow, nicely done!

These are definitely heavy duty, they weigh a ton and are obviously more secure than standard or even hardened steel chains. Thieves/Tweekers? = "Keep movin, nothing to be had here !!"

The price is great. The chain alone is worth $50. Very heavy duty. I use it to lock up my motorcycle at home. It seems too heavy to lug around on a bicycle (15 lbs). The lock doesn't appear to be as heavy duty as the chain; though it's manufactured well, locks and unlocks smoothly. It did come with four keys, which is nice. My guess, however, is that the lock is the "weak link" in the chain. Despite this, I'd say it's secure enough to deter all but the most-determined and well-equipped thieves.

THIS IS VERY HEAVY DUTY BIKE LOCK. I PRICE THE CHAIN ALONE A MY HOME INPOVEMENT STORE, AND IT WAS TWICE THE PRICE JUST FOR THE CHAIN.
