Great machine for the price. The control knob is a bit flimsy and it lacks a bottom heat platen, but it also comes with the extra platens for different sized hats. Again for the money you can't beat the product. I has performed very well so far.

I have been Pressing for 15 years and this is the easiest hat press I have ever seen. The automated features allowed me to train a newbie in a single session.

This hat press is very nice and heavy duty. I probably press 150+ hat a day and it works amazing. I did have a problem in the beginning where it would smoke but I contacted customer service and they assured me that it would be fine and after the first few times use it would quit and it did. Other than a little smoke this works wonders. Easy to change plates and easy to use.

Still waiting for replacement on ticket #35094884550412. I received a message asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I've asked for a replacement and now not getting an answer back. We had got 6 and this one did not work from day one.

I purchased this cause its compact and liked the look of it. So far I like it and it's very easy to use and comes with everything you need. It takes up minimal space and warms up pretty quick. I have experience with other hat presses so I definitely like the turn dial / push button automated system. Ive stamped about 40 hats so far and no issues. My only concern is if the automated clamping system stops working there is no manual way to press the hats which then would make the press useless in theory. There is also no pressure control should you want to adjust anything. I would recommend this product to anyone that has a small home office type of business or tinkering with making hats. If you plan to use it commercially and produce 1000s of hats I would suggest the handle version just because idk what the longevity of that automated clamp is. I also didn't see any maintenance notes to possibly increase the lifespan of the mechanics. Like maybe greasing the gears or cleaning of sorts. It would have been nice to get a sample (4"x6")Teflon Sheet with the press so you can start using it out of the box. I ended up ordering 3 (12"x16)"rolls on Amazon for $6 and cut to my desired size. That should last you a long time and I wouldn't suggest stamping anything without one. So maybe for future orders it be awesome if Vevor threw in 1 sheet to start. Love it and I would buy it again for sure!

The machine works good. The only thing to make it better is if Thay had included some kind of tempter guide.
