An Amazing machine! I can't stop making sorbets this summer..... So easy to use - and so damn good!

Purchased for home use - very easy to use and cleaning is fairly easy - this is the machine to buy if you want to make gelato at home and desire a product that is equal or better than when you vacation in Italy where they have the finest Gelatos

It is awesome. So fun. The kids can use it too. I thought it would take awhile to get cold, but it is fast. Easy to clean up. Coolest new food machine in years. Than you so much!

The machine has been great, it just has a manual that us so hard to understand. It seems as if it was translated all wrong to a english. The right pan works wonders, but sometimes when we are working nonstop for like 30 min. the left pan would give up and the electric brake would give in. I wonder if maybe they require more electricity than what is being labeled for. We deal with this issue by turning off the cool button when the pan is cold enough to roll the ice cream. Other than that it has been great!
