Bought 40” Firepit screen. I unpacked it and it’s good quality at a good price. I discovered that I really needed a 36” screen so I repacked it and requested a return and put a 36” screen in my shopping cart. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. I had to use chat with a foreigner that told me a return will take a very long time and I must pay for everything. He offered me $20 to keep it. I said I really prefer a smaller screen. Then he said he has to report this and he gave me a ticket number. After a week I heard nothing. I just emailed customer service, gave my ticket number and asked what’s going on. I’m pleased with the product and price but make sure you get the right item because customer service after the sale is a zero out of 10.

This spark screen fit my fire pit perfectly. I replaced the pivot screws with Clevis pins and drilled them through the sides of the fire pit. This made the installation permanent. The edges of the stainless mesh are sharp so definitely wear protective gloves when assembling.

We are thrilled with our fire pit spark screen! My husband loves the ease of adding logs to the fire and with the height, he can add more than before. I have peace of mind, living in a community where houses are in close proximity to each other, even tho we have a large yard. An outstanding value for the price‼️

Love this.. had my old one for many years and it was time for a new one. Love the way it opens to check the fire. Easy to put together. Just in time for the cold weather.

I bought this for my Solo Yukon fire pit as a lid. The quality exceeded my expectations. The smooth larger surface without a step-type edge is better than the original lid.

Easy to assemble

Some assembly required. And it’s much easier with two people. Once assembled though very pleased with the product. Would be better with lock washers though. I just happen to have some in my supplies.

Outstanding quality, craftsmanship and value. Looks great too. Add a flat surface and it could double as a grill!

Not easy to assemble. Definitely need two people and gloves. A lot of sharp edges and wire ends.
