We bought this to see if we liked induction cooking. We had been thinking about replacing our stove but wanted to be sure that we actually liked induction cooking.

I like the way it cooked the food, took me a while to learn the instructions, but once I got the hang of it I love the product. Cooked several different recipes and it all turned out great. Easy to clean. As soon as turn it off the fan runs just a few seconds and you can touch the surface and it’s just warm.

I’d you live in an apartment, definitely get this! You use it with a cast iron skillet and it gets the thing ripping hot and even. Best steaks ever and it doesn’t smoke up the room. Easy cleaning and pretty light weight so you can put it away easily

Heats quickly, much more efficient than gas.

First time induction cook. After reading reviews, decided on this one. Tried it on basic cooking taco meat then shells. Quick job of both. This may replace my cooking on gas stove. BTW, we used Hexclad pans- performance was way above expectations of both. All skepticism of both has been quelled. Looking forward to expanding cooking experiences.

I ordered these on a Saturday night and they arrived Thursday and Friday less than 7 Days later. The packaging was superb. The convection cooktop is advertised at 220 volts but comes with a 110 plug so I suspect the power supply handles all that I would like to know if there is a cost savings if I go to 220 on it versus 110 but the unit is amazing it had a quart of water boiling in less than three and a half minutes! That is faster than my big microwave. The griddle is solid with a quarter inch plate conducting the heat. I am very impressed by the quality of the merchandise, how it was packaged, and the speed of delivery which was phenomenal. So naturally I am looking at all their other products and thinking of an ice maker next, this may be the beginning of a wonderful consumer relationship.

Very easy installation Just plug in. And hot, very hot.I love big. But only need an induction cookware.
