We got this tree shaped waffle maker today. We love this thing! I used a $1.00 brownie mix and they were perfect. They are soft and spongy when first taken out then stiffen with crisp edges. Go lightly when adding the batter. It overfilled easily and there is no drip tray. Just a little practice and I have something unique to share at work. It came with a whisk. Tongs, and oil brushes. They even removed the protective vinyl covering that will burn if still in place when turned on. Very well built. Thank you. Your price and service are first rate.I make drip trays from aluminum foil to keep the mess away. The steam presses some of the mix out of the stick slots but a piece of foil catches it and, no more mess.

Everything works great just as advertised. Good quality and makes great bubble waffles. I plan on using it in my dessert food court and I'm excited to serve these with my homemade ice cream and sorbets.

Well came in good box but the delivery must mess it up for things was all over inside. but works and is good

Since our old one is no longer made - bought this one- waffles slightly thicker but nice. At 200 takes a little more than 2 min per wafflle. Love it!!
