I converted 4 gokarts (Razor Dune Buggy) with this kit and all of them work great. Search YouTube for "EGO battery powered go kart mod easy DIY" if you want to know all the parts to get from Amazon. This motor specifically has a higher RPM which allows throttling up. The controller handles the current from the Ego 56V batteries, where other 48V motor/controller setups do not (I've tried both brushless and brushed). There are many similar motor/controller kits by Kunray or Vevor. I've heard that Kunray is similar and many times you get a Vevor product even when you order Mophorn anyway, but beware that the other Vevor 1800W kit listed around $100 with the pedal throttle is NOT the same as this one (the controller on this one handles more).

72v motor works great even came with the chain! Highly recommended 50$ cheaper than anywhere else good value for the price!!

Works great but had to buy a #25 chain sprocket went with a 15 tooth sprocket and installed on a razor pocket mod (55 tooth rear sprocket i think)and it goes FAST. im going to say 35mph top speed with a 14s5p lithium ion battery pack @ 58.8v fully charged. going to shunt mod the controller next and see how much more i can get out of it. great motor i love it. 15 tooth/55 tooth is about maxing out its potential if i were to gear it any higher i dont think it would be able to reach max rpm and it would kill the motor due to excessive stress. 15/55 is great also 11/68 would work well.

The motor works great and you can't beat the price. The kit makes it really to setup and go riding. I've put plenty of miles on this setup and it feels great

How do I reverse the direction of motor rotation. My tire is spinning backwards at high speed and spinning at low speed in forward. What wires need to be swapped out?

Don't waste your money!!!!! Took 7 months to gather parts and build my conversion trike! SEVEN MONTHS of work and the motor doesn't run properly!!! Makes a horrific grinding noise and barely turned. Contacted customer service and they said, "It's been past the 60 days return policy". Well I'm sorry I wasn't able to test your product before your deadline. They won't even make good on their product. Spend a little more money get a better motor!!! Unless you like rolling the dice!!

Dislike no electricity prints. This was a custom job used to propell a 1800. Pound tool box. 1 off design of my own. This was designed to drive in an industrial environment. Works perfectly will spin completely around set up on a frame and 6 casters.

This is a great product I used it in my Uber scoot 1600 and I'm usually getting 30 Mile per hour and I'm 200 pounds. I wish it came with better instructions it came with none that's my only gripe about it. Truly is a great product had no problems with it yet I was submitted video shortly
