Great quality and price, very beefy and has worked great. Different then what I wass use to running but I like it, first job with it was good. Like the fact that it comes with several tip and extras. I would absolutely buy it again

I've never used a drain cleaning machine before. Was a little nervous thinking about what could go wrong. Following the directions I took it out of forward when it hit resistance, then back in forward when the resistance was gone. It was easy to use and worked way better than I was expecting. I ended up removing a large amount of tree roots from my main drain line. One more drain cleaning and it'll have paid for itself...

This drain cleaner was easy to put together. The instructions were not that great but it was well made , heavy, sturdy quality design. I purchased this to clear my main drain line outside after having a terrible clog that previously cost me almost 300.00 every time a plummer came out. It took about 2 1/2 hours to unclog only because I didn't realize that the instructions say once you hit the trap/clog to put it in neutral. Figuring out that part was a bit confusing. Once we figured it out it took less than 3 minutes for the line to clear , clog was gone. I was recommended a 100 foot machine due to the length of my main line, by a very humble honest plummer after seeing I was frustrated and spending twice as much for 2 visits to my home. I'm glad I did! Now we can do this ourselves and save the money.

About 35 days after we bought this we used it for the first time and had a problem. Since it was passed the return period we contacted Vevor. They were fabulous to deal with. The situation was quickly resolved with no problem. Vevor responded quickly and it was a pleasure dealing with them.

I have never rodded a pipe before. Our basement floor drain kept backing up. I ran this rodder h rough the line several times running hot water. This rodder was half the cost of a plumber and I now own the machine to fix my issue if it ever happens again. If your in the fense, buy this rodder!!!!

I like the fact that I could get a 3/4" x 100 ft for an amazing price. It came with a one-year warranty. However, the reverse didn't work. We had to push the cable back into the machine by hand. I messaged the company asking for a replacement part. They asked for a video. I already put it away. I have waited enough time that the part should have arrived by now. Now I will either have to ask for a refund, replacement or use it the way it is. It came on a freight truck because it was over 100 pounds. Too much hassle when all I needed was the part for reverse. It is usable the way it is but should have worked sufficiently in the first place. Don't get me wrong I'm not unhappy with the machine just the lack of timeliness when requesting a replacement part.
