For the price this product is a good value. The only complaint I have is the recovery time. We sell a 12 oz and a 16 oz cup. You can only get 2 16 oz cups before you have to wait 5 min for recovery. I am satisfied with the ease of cleaning and operation. Let’s see how long it last. The instruction book has a lot to be desired for operation.

I love the product. Shipping on the other hand was a nightmare. It took several days to finally leave the facility. When it reached one of the last destinations, they scheduled delivery. It sat at the final destination for three days before going back to the seller. After multiple calls, we discovered it was loaded wrong. If you ever order and are told the delivery is coming from SAIA all I can say is good luck!

I bought this product for our concession trailer to speed up the serving of ice cream. We hand dipped all of our ice cream which took a lot of time. We can use this soft serve machine & save time, plus is a better ice cream. It is a very easy machine to operate & clean as well. Only drawback is that the machine is heavy, so once you get it in place leave it. In 65* outside temp, it made soft serve ice cream in less than 8 minuets. Very nice machine.
