I absolutely love the ice machine & the pellet ice but it started making a loud noise & I live chatted with Vevor on 2/8/24 & have been live chatting & calling since then & it's still not resolved. I just want to return it & try to order another one. So I love the machine but the customer service, not so much :(

This thing makes tons of Chik-fil-A style ice! It is a little noisy, but the quality of the ice is worth it.

Had the Vevor ice maker hooked up to the reverse osmosis system and we now have Sonic ice 24/7. I highly recommend the Vevor brand.

Great Ice Maker! Just a bit loud

We are very happy with the nugget ice maker and the quality and quantity of the ice it provides. The only downside is that it is a bit loud. I still want to hook up the auto-fill hose and love that it has that capability.

Had for three weeks, not as noisy as I thought it would. Makes great pebble ice. Fairly quick on making ice, no complaints. Wish they had a extended warranty. Would recommend to even the people I like.
