I had dreamed of a suite of counter top appliances for a tiny home. This is a great oven to add to the suite.

I'd been hunting for a larger capacity countertop convection oven, that was built to last, but not costing several thousand dollars. I was immediately attracted to the logical/better build and simple 2-knob control, that makes this oven intuitive to use, straight out of the box. Love the double-pane glass door w/ rubbery sealing gasket, solid metal construction of the unit, quiet fan and a heavy duty power cord. I love that I can put pans or sheets in it, that could handle baking 1 dozen cookies at a time. It runs on 1600W, so has no issues being plugged into a household outlet. Also, I very much appreciate that the oven was sent to me very quickly. While some may like the stainless, mirror finish, I'm not enthused--I can never get these kinds of surfaces completely clean! Since it just arrived today, I can't comment too deeply on the quality of the how it works. I grabbed a frozen pizza and shoved it into the oven, to test. I noticed two things immediately: 1) Both the top and the bottom crust seemed to be crispier than in my recently defunct countertop oven; and 2) Although I set it for close to 400 F degrees, the oven only went to 375 F, and kept the temp. there, the entire cooking time. I don't know if this is a defect, or if the oven is deliberately designed to heat up 25 F degrees less than what is set, because it's a convection oven. I do have a minor complaint. The oven was packed into the box with a small 4" radius & 3/4" deep dent in the upper left corner side (near the top of the door). The box was torn and roughed up a bit, but nothing of the box's damage, corresponded to this dent. So some quality control issues there. It doesn't seem to affect the seal of the door, so I decided to try ordering a less than $20 car dent puller (aka 'suction cup') device off Amazon. Hopefully, it'll fix/improve the cosmetic damage. I very highly encourage purchasing the 4 yr. Asurion warranty to go along with this oven, just in case it lasts the same as the more light

After buying a few different kind this one is perfect. Fits a lot and bread get toasted fast and soft! I'm buying one for all my Resturant

I am so glad I bought this oven! I bake frozen pies at outdoor festivals and this is just what I needed. It is awesome! Very spacious, 4 racks that hold 1/2 sheet pans, so you can bake a lot at once. If you're using a generator, it needs to be at least 3500 watts. The temperature gauge is in Celsius, but the Fahrenheit conversion is right there so it's not a problem. 5 stars!!

I was originally going to get a Cadco half sheet oven, but instead i took a gamble and tried this Vevor instead. I found the oven really well packed and shipped, there was no damage at all to the unit and only minimal dents in the very substantial shipping carton.It looks great, it is very easy to clean, and works as well as a commercial oven does. There are no fancy settings, digital displays, clocks, wifi or any other useless nonsense, It bakes, and does it well.I was very surprised how well insulated it is, it comes up to temp very fast and holds temps well. It will drop a fair amount when you open the door, but recovers very quickly. I put an oven thermometer inside and the temp setting is within 10 degrees of the actual. Close enough for me.I particularly like how incredibly quiet this oven is, almost whisper quiet. I have heard some of these mid sized ovens over the years and some sound like turbines. This is very soft sounding and perfectly suitable for a kitchen environment, as well as catering and customer locations. I do like the door, it stays open with no bounce, and closes firmly with a magnetic hold.All in all great value for a high quality unit.

Bought this and it came dented. Had a short. Finally fixed the short and then it got so hot that the knibs almost melted andnit shut off. Broken. Came broken. They refused to replace it or give me a full refund. They basically sold me a broken, dangerous piece of equipment and refused to take any responsibility. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN OR ANYTHIGN THEY SELL. THEY HAVE AN "F" WITH THE BBB

We use the ovens in concession stands for making pretzels and other snacks. The run continuously for 4 or 5 hours at a time and they are great. Well worth the price.

Great oven. Wife has been using it every day for her baking business with no mechanical issues. It does get noisy sometimes because the fans vibrate.
