We love the look and relatively quiet operation of the oven. What we don't like is it doesn't have a broil option and the racks are quite rickety. They do not slide out easily and do not push back in evenly. Other than that we are happy with how it cooks.

If you’re looking for a convection oven for baking macarons/cookies then this oven is for youI’ve been on the market for a countertop convec. Oven for a while and just bit the bullet and ordered this one. To my surprise it’s worked pretty wellIt took a while for me to configure the temperature changes but I’ve figured out if you bake your macs at 250F then they’ll rise with no issues. In a regular oven I bake at 275-285, so keep in mind to go a bit lower than your average mac temp.As for the sizing you can fit half sheet pans and they fit perfectly in the grooves, although I opted for UNOX trays which are more flat & will give you perfect macs every single time. (Only used 3 trays at once)Please note I haven’t went higher than 350F so I can’t comment on whether it’ll bakes cakes as well but I’m sure it does! If you can bake macs then you can pretty much bake everything else. Hope this helps!

Bought this because it was cheaper than replacing my wall oven which has very few options for purchasing a new oven due to the pre-existing cabinet cut-out dimensions. It works alright. I do a lot of baking as I sell cookies as a cottage food baker. The oven does not cook evenly. I do have to rotate the cookie sheets. This still doesn't fix the issue with the cookies on the outer sides to cook faster than those in the center. I found it best to put fewer cookies than I normally would on the tray even though more would fit.When the oven arrived 2 of the racks were bent, one more than the other and there were some scratch marks as well on the oven (one by the handle and one on the side). I contacted customer service to see if they could just replace the one badly bent rack, as it rattles like crazy when in the oven. They told me to just bend it back into position if possible... I just leave it out of the oven and do not use it.That being said, I decided to keep the oven as it was priced much better than many others but I'm not sure if I'd buy from this company again.

Like everything very easy to use. I use like a regular oven. I have a gas oven I don't like for several reasons. This is perfect!!!

we are using this for catering. it is big to lug around but fast and fits 5 -1/2 sheets if you put one on the bottom.super quiet

Have used it for baking and so far it is working very good. Look forward to using it for major cookies for the holidays. Will experiment soon.

This commercial convection oven is well worth the money.
