We purchased this concession window to put into a trailer, it is absolutely perfect! The size dimensions were exact, the lock/handle is sturdy, the 2 hydraulic lift springs are very good. It actually exceeded our expectations. The ONLY con, was the weather-strip seal doesn't stay in place after installation, so we silicone caulked it in place. We definitely recommend this item.

this window is a good product and will work great in our food trailer, I might order more in the future as other builds might happen.
