No damage, and looks great in my food truck I will be definitely buying more if needed from this company!!! I’m happy

Arrived slightly damaged presumably from shipping. Corners were curled up. Flattened them back out the best that I could with a mallet. Other than that, the window is excellent quality.

We really like the service window design and features. The window opening cylinders are really helpful and smooth! Only issue that we had was it came dented, two corners were bent(looks like it was dropped twice) and we had to bend them back to install and had to fix the dent on the top of the window to not allow moisture and get a good seal. Otherwise it was a good purchase and we are liking so far.

Really nice window. I only wish I would have noticed that it does not have glass inserts just metal screens. We bought it to help keep the cold out but clearly that won't be happening lol. But, other than my own error of not reading the full description the window is very nice. Arrived to alaska in perfect condition.

Very nice unit. Not sure the struts will be able to with stand a heavy down force wind. Wish it had a safety latch or something. Overall very happy

The product is great as described other than the dent and scratch in the molding, this didn't occur in shipping. The window and screens look and work great and the size was exact.

Bought this concession window for Chevy P30 Step-van. Window arrived in insanely secure packaging. Size is accurate per seller's description. Window opens and closes smoothly and locks securely. No leaks noted despite intense storms in my area after installation. So far, I would say this is a high-quality addition to any concession outfit.
