What are you expecting???This thing just pumps out the ice cream. 10 minutes from deciding you want some ice cream is all it takes and you're feasting.Super easy to clean. Pour in hot water. Push the clean button. Bam. Maybe you run hot water through 3-4 times.. but the machine does the work.As others have said, use 7 as the hardness level and you have no issues.I can't understand the 1 and 2 star reviews.What are you expecting? To be able to lay in bed and think about ice cream and the machine just whip up a batch, bring it to your bedside and spoon feed it to you?

We don't use this machine professionally, but we use this machine often.Machine works as advertised, but documentation is very light. Expect trial and error to get the settings correct for the type of consistency you prefer, but once you get the settings down, this machine is excellent. From the mix pour to the first cone takes less than ten minutes, so this machine works well for impatient folk.My family loves it; a couple of times a week we fire up the machine and make batches of ice cream (storing the extra in the freezer). And this thing is great for parties. I'm a big fan of the results of this soft serve ice cream maker.

Ordered my Vevor soft serve ice cream machine a week ago and now everyone’s been enjoying the results from vanilla to dole whip. Ordered Frostline mix including dole whip which is pineapple flavored and is awesome. I had some at the Dole factory in Hawaii and never thought I’d have it again until I seen it was an option to order it. Also ordered a case of cones and to-go cups & caps. The machines great, had a few dings in it but that’s expected going from Texas to Wisconsin. Simple to use, clean, and assemble/disassemble. Pour your mix in the hopper and hit the auto button and wait 20 minutes. Machine will beep when more mix is needed. Set the firmness setting at 7 and no hirer. Then when on standby push the pre-cool button to keep it cold. There’s also a fresh button to whip it up after sitting awhile. Last you press the wash button and run warm water thru the hopper over and over til water comes out clear, I keep a 5 gallon pale close and dump it in there. Normally takes about 3 gallons worth of water before it’s clear and cleaned. Then wipe the hopper and ice cream collection tray down or anything that’s dirty. The assembly and disassembly is super easy, and you don’t have to disassemble it after every use as long as keep machine clean. And don’t mix your vanilla or chocolate soft serve thick, you want it in a watered down stage. Mix and taste first. It took me 2 batches cause one was too thick and the other not enough. It will say to use water with your powdered mix but I use half milk and the other half water. Always taste the mix before you dump it in. The directions were kinda limited as far as start up and what not so that’s why I’m putting this in the review so anyone buying one will see this and make it easier to operate. If this ain’t helpful there’s a YouTube video one can watch. But overall it’s a great machine, better than any soft serve I’ve ever had.! My friend had 8 cones the other night and my dad about 4. Flavors based off how you mix it. Highly recommended and it will be a hit wherever you put it.

I've purchased and tested 4 different units now, this unit makes soft ice cream in about 10 minutes and very easy to clean. To my surprise it also keeps content chilled in standby. Pleased with this purchase and returning failed Vevor unit.

This is a fun addition to our store. Pre-made dry mixes are so easy to prepare and use in this machine. You can choose mixes from different companies and pretty much find any flavor you want. I did have a couple of questions about the machine in the begining.

Five star for now, but may change my mind after more use. As others have reviewed this, the directions are not well written. Very nervous about trying it out the first time. Very heavy machine and it needs two people to move it around and lift up to place on a table or cabinet. Did not take long to get the mix ready for serving - about 15 minutes after mix poured in. This may take longer depending on the ambient temperature. Easy to clean with warm water.

This is my first soft serve ice cream machine, and it arrived in good condition, with only some comedic dings on one side. It’s heavy (~100lbs) but came well packaged. It’s pretty easy to clean and while the instruction manual is limited in helpfulness, the machine is pretty easy to figure out and use. I’ve used it now for about a month, and tested all the features and everything is working good so far. I will update if that changes and on the long-term reliability. It makes great soft serve ice cream and is fun and easy to use. I do wish it was easier to find replacement parts (for when parts wear out or break) but it appears you can find most of what you would need on AliExpress - it should be noted that Vevor includes some extra parts as well which is nice. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and machine. I recommend it and for the price I think it’s a great buy! I will post some videos on it on YouTube over the next month or so as I noticed there are almost no videos available online when researching. My go to soft serve is Frostline since I cannot find pre-made soft serve locally and some other brands of the power mix I’ve tried have a chemical flavor to the and for better ice cream I recommend using whole milk and some half-and-half.
