Equipped with a 4.5 L (1.2 Gal) hopper and 1.6 L (0.4 Gal) cylinder, 304 stainless steel adopted, our soft serve ice cream maker can output 10-20 L (2.6-5.3 Gal) per hour. The built-in counter intuitively shows the number of ice cream produced per day. Around 10 pieces can be continuously dispensed, and up to 200 servings are done in an hour.

The 430W Embraco compressor and the R290a refrigerant bring higher efficiency and lower power consumption.
