Ordered this for our drivers break room.

It was an excellent price and looks great.

Made ice cream and it is surprisingly quiet and made the first batch in 20 min and the next few baches in 15 minutes. Only wish is that the batches were larger. But can't complain with such a great price. And it makes a really smooth ice cream in a quick time.

Once I figured out how to use the machine and practiced a bit, it's pretty easy. It took several tries but I got it down. It makes great ice cream for my small ice cream shop. I did have to adjust the butterfat in my recipes due to the fast churning but I figured that out too. Definitely worth the money so far. I've made at least 15 gallons of ice cream and it's still working great. I gave it only 4 stars because there is not an off and on switch. You have to unplug it to turn off the machine and it's messy to clean.

I have had my machine for a few week had not tried to use it. do you have a video step by step to Make it more plain I'm almost afraid to use it

Like the machine. Well-built and a quality piece of equipment. Louder than expected. Did gave a fine black discharge during first batches...suspect a belt/ gasket wearing in (?). Would like to be able to buy parts- the small discharge cover plate and silicon gasket. Very pleased. Do Not get the 20L/h production, but like the end product from my recipes. Would recommend this product...consider larger machine if you make several flavors at a time. Dennis Smith, Ijamsville, MD

(except for the drip thing up front. It isvery thin, but not going to affect making ice cream or much of anything else. It could usesome caulk underneath it.)Rotate speed: 3000/min; (not sure what this means) It's rotation speedis about 120 rpm."Refrigerant: R404A". Mine came with R22."You can run a batch every 15 Min",You need to clean it betweenbatches unless it is the same flavor, other wise it is going to take some time to clean the unit.If you have an industrial kitchen , it will be much faster.I think the compressor was made in India. But that may not be a problem.You can find out different things about the machine by doing a Google search of the model number at thestart of this review.This machine is well built. I have taken a cover off one side and looked at it.One is getting very much for the money, I give it 5 stars, despitethe fact that it might be hard to get parts when needed in the future.The Ice Cream I make takes around 17 minutes.
