Our family meets almost every other weekend for cards and a dinner. I have always used a propane double basket fryer and 10 quarts of oil. I tried this electric fryer one time for 12 people and it worked great. Clean up was much easier. I needed 9 quarts of oil and a lot less adjusting of the temperature. The stainless steel is very light weight.It was nice to fry the walleye separate from the fries. Received two small cuts from sharp edges on clean up. So be careful. The oil heated up good and held Its temperature,so I could keep the food coming. I wired up two 30 amp circuits with 10ga copper, to make sure there would not be a problem. It is not a commercial fryer, but it does work good for our family outings.

Very nice but will trip a 20 amp breaker if you are using both sides on the same circuit. Must have separate circuits to cook with both sides

Great deep fryer. Tanks are just deep half hotel pans so I appreciate the versatility. Buy a filter cone holder and filter cones if you don't get the filtration. Just be careful when cleaning, I cut up all my fingers when cleaning the frame under the hotel pans and didn't notice until there was blood everywhere. The edges are so sharp I didn't feel it. My experience with Vevor products has been great except that this isn't the first of their steel products I have almost lost a finger on. I think I may start referring to Vevor as the finger snatchers!

We love it everything is perfectly fried tender we love to make a lot of veggies chicken fish shimps and evething is at rignt golden

It's HUGE in my kitchen! I love it! Best chicken wings we ever made! I had to purchase the rolling cart to keep it on because when it's full of oil it's very heavy.

Quality is very good have wanted a commercial fryer for years but cost has always been a problem a opportunity to pay on payment was huge plus

I use this product for my restaurant an it works just like if not better then the big 40 lbs fryers,I would suggest this item to any restaurant owner I have fallen in love with vevor...

Wouldn't trade this for the world,, it fries my cheese curds perfectly golden brown along with the poppers and mizz sticks ..it is a blessing to have a nice one like this and the dual spouts to drain is amazing so easy to use and use only 1 when needed..
