My kit arrived missing all hardware. I contacted customer service, and they sent me another handrail kit. The handrail was easy to assemble and seems to be sturdy. I would recommend this product.

Excellent product. Easy to assemble, included all the hardware and bits needed.

Attractive, sturdy, fairly easy to assemble and install. Some reviewers complain about the anchors and screws. My husband is extremely picky about these parts in self-assembled items but, to my surprise, he thought these were good quality. If installing into concrete do yourself a favor and rent or borrow a hammer drill, it simplified the entire process.

If I could give this item 10 stars, I would. All rail parts were shrink-wrapped and everything needed, down to a pencil and drill bits were included. All you needed was a drill/ impact driver. So, so simple to install on wooden stairs. Beautifully made and sturdy.

I was impressed. It was well packaged, every part needed for wood or cement mounting was included. Looks great and very sturdy.

The rail arrived on time and in good condition. It is sturdy and looks way more expensive than it was. This an excellent product.

Other than needing the proper tools to install like a strong hammer drill this went together easily and is very sturdy if installed properly. I did need to purchase more carbide drill bits the one with the kit did not last for all the holes.
