The product was very solid, easy to assemble and install. The only caveat that appears to be consistent with other customer reviews is that it is highly likely you will need to have the rail modified by a welder-machinist because the rail has a specific height manufactured application that is mass produced from the factory. The seller however was agreeable with providing a reasonable refund for the cost of the necessary modifications in order to install the rail. It is also advisable to purchase 5” concrete anchors separately because the ones included are not long enough for proper long term sturdiness.

The railing is great. Fortuately, we had a carpenter at the house doing another task when the railing arrived. With the correct tools, he installed it easily. However, much better DIRECTIONS for installation are needed. We got one sheet of paper with a pencil drawing that was so faint, it could hardly be seen. Railing looks great. Doing the job.

These are GREAT stairway handles. Installation depends on your own situation. Our home is 71 years old and the existing steps weren't quite the same. But we have a wonderful handyman who cured the problem very nicely. I have one knee replacement and a bad back and these rails make going up and down, especially at night, much easier!!! I'd recommend them to anyone in any situation!!!

This handrail is just perfect for safety and looks great too!

I just installed them today. They are a"lighweight" metal. Im assuming they'll hold up long term. Easy to iinstall. I'm very pleased with how it turned out.My complaint is, I ordered 3 boxes, 48 total. Each box was missing 3 to 4. screws. Irksome ....

These were easily installed and added so much to the appearance of our deck!

These balusters work well. They are thick enough to last a long time.Easy Peasy putting on.

Since these were shorter than others sold on line they worked better for me.

A little tricky to install, but very sturdy and well made. Insurance told me I had to put this in due to code...Delivery was quick and they passed inspection! Recommend...
