Great product and seller! My 8yo son and I love it and great for our hand and eye coordination, reflexes, speed, and energy release.

We really like this equipment. I got it for my son to practice for martial arts he takes and, instead, his mom and his sister have also found it to be a fun workout. I can see if you're good, and you get going, it's can be a nice cardio pump, and good for precision work., We filled with water. We can move it around the room, yet it doesn't seem to tip when hitting it, because the rebound spring seems to prevent that from happening - so in other words, it doesn't seem to have the same concerns about tipping or moving around as a punching bag that you have to weigh down with sand/water might.

All my family members are using this and loving it. It installed quickly and has held up so far.

I'm a 5 foot 10, 150 lb guy who took some basic martial arts classes when I was a kid, and would describe myself as modestly fit. I wanted something that I could punch and kick but also do some blocking combinations with. When I saw this, I was honestly skeptical that this would be good for adults. I have been very pleasantly surprised. After I got this I've filled the base with just water (see other Q&As on this page for how to fill the base. Please don't drill holes into it) and assembled it per the instructions. I've had this for about 6 months, and use it twice a week, in 30 minute sessions. In those sessions, I punch and kick this thing about as hard as I can, as fast as I can. I have it over carpet - it does get a bit shaky when I kick it, or if I hit the spinning bar in quick succession, but the thing has yet to show any real wear and tear anywhere. The spinning bar and the variety of targets also bring a lot of variance to my workout. I'm still coming up with combinations I can do with this, and get a pretty satisfying intellectual and body workout everytime. The spinning bar also has very smooth action and good weight to it - you can use it as a target for speed training and it feels very solid. The height is also great for me - I have it set to about 6 feet and have had no problems. The size of the trainer is perfect for compact spaces, since the narrow base means it is still useful in small areas, such as my basement. It is also good for stress relief - my wife punches this thing sometimes when she's had a rough day at work, and finds it very satisfying. The gloves that come with this are solid, and have thus far gone the distance. I would recommend you get a foam helmet if you don't have one already if you purchase this - the spinning bar is quite heavy and will hurt if it clocks you. Also, if you are moving it with the base filled, either partially disassemble it or get another person to help you - the bar swings freely and shifts the weight around.

This punching bag is fantastic. It’s fun when you get in a rhythm and it just keeps coming back for more. Perfect for angsty teens and squirrely tweens. And their mom! Well made, easy to put together. Holding up nicely.
