I am pleased with the operation of this filter. The light is easy to be seen and it has started to clean up my water in my pond.

Ordered many filters from VEVOR, but somehow this one came a little defected. It was missing the on/ off switch. But I still gave it 4 stars because their customer service took care of this issue right away for me. I was worried about doing any returns or refund since it was bought online and had some bad experiences with online purchases, but VEVOR put my mind at ease. They were prompt and efficient and gave us options for a partial refund and keep the product or ship out a new one. Will still continuing to only get my supplies from here. Thanks again for working with me on that issue

This filter gets the job done. I’ve used other filters before that cost more than this one and found it does the same job. And it has a built in UV light which is really essential for the pond. Except this is more cost effective for my business. Definitely recommend this product.

The VEVOR Bio Pressure Filter has kept both of my interconnected ponds crystal clear. It has functioned reliably for me for more than 6 months. I was impressed as soon as I opened the box and found several optional connectors and even an included screw driver. Most low cost items cut cost by skipping the optional, but usually required, add-ons. I really appreciate being able to backwash one filter for both ponds. Nice product!

Removing the sponge filters requires a screwdriver, the only filter I've ever had that wasn't a tooless design to remove media.

This filter is one of the best i have ever purchased for my fish pond. Easy to install and easy to clean at a really good price. I highly recommend it.

I've had fish ponds for decades, and as they've become more popular, the filter equipment has gotten better and better. There are a few of the \"same design\" filter here, but this Vevor filter finally came out as the one that works (as opposed to other brands.) After another brand kept blowing the UV lamp (necessary for algae control) I took the head apart and found the ballast was wired to neutral instead of Line, as clearly indicated on the ballast. So while that worked for a while, it blew in a couple weeks. Replaced twice, even rewired it didn't last a month. So I tried Vevor's model - and wouldn't you know it blew too!! Theirs was wired correctly (with more advanced electronics in the head), so I figured this was a fluke. They replaced it promptly (through their ticket system) and it's been working for over a month now, so I think I finally have a good one! Their great customer service, plus a correct electrical design, makes this model stand out over other 'identical' models! I have a few Vevor tools and motors now, and they are all great! Fingers crossed for my fishies on this one. Specs: pond is 600gal, pump sized for this filter's max clears over twice gal/hr. With copious rain and barley straw extract occasionally, occasional net leaf and debris removal, built-in backwashing filter elements @3-4 months, this keeps pond crystal clear! Backwashing produces a good amount of algae, so that works to keep filters clean; when I've taken the filter apart the foam elements aren't even that dirty, certainly not plugged and the button has never popped up indicating high pressure. Easy maintenance.
