Totally cleared up my water. Noticed a difference after one day. I would recommend this to others with cloudy water.

Very nicely made bio filter. As promised it took about 4 days to clean up our pond. I like the clear view of the water going into the filter as well.

This filter is amazing! We had gone all winter without filtering our Koi pond. With drastic changes in temperature, it became green and murky. After installing and running the filter for just over 24 hours, it was unbelievably clean. And cleaning the filter is easy. No need to take it apart and remove the sponge filters, just turn a switch to reroute the flow, like backwashing a swimming pool. Then turn a crank type handle to agitate the filter balls inside the filter housing. A clear spout lets you know when the water is clear. It's much better and a lot less money than more expensive filters!

Nice filter with built-in UV light. Installation was easy but did run into a problem with the UV enclosure. The enclosure has to be unscrewed to remove a foam protector that is over the lamp tube. After putting the UV enclosure back on and starting the pump the enclosure started leaking. I removed it several times to clean the contacts and check the 'O' ring but it would still leak. Had to use a silicone sealant to stop the leak. After contacting Vevo support they were very responsive to the issues I was having and did not stop until my problem was solved. The filter is good quality and well worth the price. Would recommend to to hers.

I've had problems with dirty water for years. I've tried various UV filters. Within 30 days this filter cleared my water so I can see the bottom perfectly. I could not be happier.

These pressurized systems are always a pain to get into to clean the filter media. Most have a backwash setting but only seems to clean the container and not filters when on. This one is better with the crank handle. You can tell a huge difference and know that the filter media is getting cleaned out!

Does a very good job with keeping our pond clean. I'm very pleased with this product.

After about 2 weeks of running 12 hours a day our pond was clear

Works great so far. Does anyone know how to tell if you've cranked the cleaning handle enough to get a complete cleaning. Then how many times do you crank it counter clockwise to get everything back to its normal position?

I just crank that handle and wash all the nastiness into a big ol bucket. That goes into the garden. The UV filter has done wonders for my koi pond. Another excellent step of protection for my pond puppies.
