With the inexpensive price, I was expecting there to be a catch. I bought a filter and the fitting I needed at Lowes, and the install was very easy. The ice machine works great and makes clear ice. I bought this one for my office and like it so much I may get one for the house.

The instruction booklets is vague & support horrible. Have to go through mid person who submits ur request then wait for email response (went to junk) to CHINA! Email response was automated response & deferred me back to VEVOR-who knows nothing about this product (& why should they)? Included was an outer filter with connection tubing which runs to ice machine on one end and to ice faucet on the other, but isn’t same size as faucet. Booklet doesn’t give sizing information so u have to figure it out & get adaptor to fit each end! Impossible to get response just for the sizing! After 5 trips to hardware/plumbing store, I ditched the outer filter, since my house water runs through a filter already. Ice machine works well, though, & happy with that!

The ice maker that we purchased last year has worked sporadically and the company plans to send us a new one. We are very hopeful the new one will work all the time. We do appreciate that the company is trying to do the right thing. A good ice maker for the summer will be a really nice thing.

I always like to make sure I have plenty of ice. This purchase made that happen. Very happy with the ice maker.

When we opened the box it was dented (shipping I am sure). Decided to keep it anyway. We have had it 3 months. Works great so far. Will give update in a few months. Right now would buy again.

The ice machine works as advertised. Ice does come out as on solid sheet but it breaks up easily (this is common with this type of ice maker). The codes are a nice size and shape and it drops ice around every 15-20 minutes. The led lite in the inside is nice.

Love it ! Just smaller then expected. But works great .

Great ice maker, especially for the cost. Compact footprint, quick ice making time and all required accessories were provided.-DP
