slicer came fast. used it cutting cold left over smoked brisket. cut 7 pounds paper thin for sandwiches with ease...quick clean up. great product

Very happy with this Slicer. It looks, and it works Very Good. I have used it to cut over 50 pounds of meat that was slightly frozen. Being slightly frozen make sit easier to handle and it sliced it like it was cutting hot butter

I love my unit. Works well, well built and easy to use. Instructions are lacking. I figured out how to install one item and how to take off the blade guide by YouTube. Only thing missing is a blade removal tool. When I asked tech support about one that would fit I could not get an answer. So it will be trial and error (return) until I find one. You do not want to touch the blade otherwise. Without the blade removal it is hard to clean under the blade. I used brush but not ideal as food need to be wiped out.

Works excellent does it job.

The slicer is a great product but the instructions are just a few pages and written by someone that doesn't have a great deal of knowledge of the product but also doesn't have a working knowledge of english.

Excellent. Use for making jerky and slicing steaks

For thanksgiving 2021 I volunteered to help church feed city and I used slicer to slicer 65 turkeys . Only took 1 hour compare to last year event it took 8 hours by hand .
