Got this slicer for home butchering and sliced 20 pounds of chip steaks and 30 pounds of roast for jerky meat sliced great just as expected easy clean up and extremely smooth operating thought I was using my Hobart but this unit is lighter and brand new great machine

This is a very good slicer for the price. It is solid and works as well as slicers at a lot more money. My wife was a deli manager and is really pleased with the slicer.

All my adult life I've wanted a "real" slicer. This is a dream come true! Now, all my meats come out the exact thickness I desire, whether thin or a little thicker. I no longer buy sliced cold cuts, but buy a chunk and slice it just the way I want. I like my ham thin enough to see through and my roast beef just a tad thicker. Believe me, you won't mind if the roast is a little too tough, the thin slices make anything tender. The slicer glides through it's process so cutting is fast and easy. I have finally gotten this off my bucket list. Thank you, Vevor. I almost forgot to mention how fast my questions were answered. I would do business with them again.

We bought this because we purchase large chunks of cold cuts monthly but wanted something to Slice them up to our liking, besides doing it by hand with a knife. For the price this is an excellent slicer and a small enough platform that it doesn't take up too much room in the cupboards. Love it

I almost did not buy this slicer based on reviews, perhaps elsewhere, that said you had to have tools to remove the blade by removing all three screws. That is not true. The blade can be easily removed by turning the vertical tab at the center of the blade clockwise and then pulling off. Replace blade by doing this in reverse, then, turning vertical tab counter clockwise to lock in place. This is my first slicer, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I love it, it will save me a lot of time slicing meat.

Slicing meat and cheese is so easy and I get the size I want.

it works great just like a Hobart but cheaper good for meat like jerky .............................................................
