I had this motor for my compressor for about two months, currently smelling like its burning and overheats a lot, making it turn off and on constantly, last me 2 months and i believe its time to replace it

Priced Reasonable, Done The Job, Easy To Install, Shipped Quickly, Just Have to Watch What Voltage Your Hooking Up, As The Motor May Be Wired For 120v When You May Of Wanted 220v, So You Have to Read Schematic Shown To Change Over.

Lost our air compressor motor, ordered this one for the price. I had to re-pulley the motor to math compressor rpm and torque. This one was supposed to be higher hp than the original motor but it wouldn't start if the tank was full. After going to a little smaller drive pulley and turning the restart pressure down a little it is working beautifully.

Had to locate and drill new mounting holes in the Compressor mount plate. It works perfectly. I would recommend this motor to others.
