This is my first smoker and I absolutely love it! It holds the temperature perfectly during longer cooks. I have had no issues at this point. Assembly was fairly simple and straightforward. It took me probably about an hour to assemble. I suggest having an extra set of hands if possible. The smoker is perfect for a small family. My son and I are the only ones that eat red meat, so the size is perfect for us.

I was a little skeptical at first, but this unit performs exactly as advertised. I've used it to smoke briskets, turkey breasts, ribeyes, and anything else I can find. I've also used it to grill hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken breasts, and steaks.The high temperature setting goes to about 445° which was plenty to sear it good. Love it!!

Love the grill so far. It definitely reaches 450 degrees fairly quickly. I actually assembled by myself, but I am pretty adept at most assemblies as usually by myself. Two people would be a bonus, but in my opinion not required if careful. The quality seems very good. I don’t necessarily agree that it can sear as the temp would need to be higher, but I have done steaks twice. When they are nearly done to my liking I sear in cast iron skillet in a little olive oil/butter. Just long enough to get a little crust. Both times they were excellent. The baked potatoes were awesome as well as salmon. I haven’t done ribs or a pork tenderloin yet, but those are on the list to do very soon. Those will be low and slow and will utilize the smoke feature more fully. My biggest concern was if I could do steaks, seafood and other food that needs higher temp and short cook time. I am very pleased. For me the size is perfect, as typically don’t grill for more than 4 or so people.

We bought this little smoker for when we travel with our trailer. It's easy to use and makes our meat taste really delicious. We cook almost all our meat in either a smoker or on a barbecue. It's easy to use and most home supply stores carry the pellets. For pennies on the dollar you can make your own smoked salmon that's just as delicious as what you'd pay $20. a pound for elsewhere.

This thing has surpassed my expectations, from the initial firing to clean the inside of the grill to the first set of steaks I cooked on it, wow this pellet grill is awesome. Just today I did a smoked pork tenderloin at 225 and turned out amazing. This grill is super easy to assemble every thing you need to assemble comes with the package and ease of use is very simple.Buy one of these grills you won’t regret it....

I purchased one month ago. Shipping was fast! I'm 82 years old and assembled in 1.5 hours by myself. Burn in was easy, just do as instructed. 1st use was baby back pork ribs. Smoked 3 hours (last hour wrapped in foil). Fell off the bone!! Then tried chicken. Very tasty and tender. I have had no problems (and don't anticipate any). Use a good brand of rub.

Has all the features of big brand names for less. Even has a pellet dump. Can use2 probes. The only issue i had was when pulling the probe out the piece that holds the probe in broke.

Startup is simple and I have been using it every week. Only complaint is the lid could close better to help keep the smoke in.
