Good size and works great

I've spent so much over the years trying to get an off-the-shelf solution working for all my different \"keep it in the happy temperature range\" needs - mycology liquid culture, lacto-fermentation (pickles, kimchi) - sourdough starter, and even for counter-proofing dough on chillier days. Heating blankets, coffee mug warmers - even laboratory immersion baths, I've messed with them all. Obviously a lab bath works great - but it's big, clunky, and not very flexible usage wise (I can't use a mag-stirrer with a water bath, for instance). I'd always planned to build something like this, but never got around to it. I'm glad the commercial world finally did! All that, and the price point is perfect bang-for-the-buck. Super pleased!

Overall, appears to be fairly well made. Has a probe to gauge the soil temperature to control the heating. Seems pretty waterproof, but not sure if fully, so I will limit water spillage. Plan on using for peppers and tomato seedlings. Time will tell how well it works. I just wish it had an on/off switch, but I guess I will plug it into a wifi smart plug to be able to control when needed.

These arrived before my green house is finished being built, but I plugged them in and they seem to work perfectly. The temperature adjustments to a few minutes to settle between temp changes, but worked great. The outside lining appears to be durable, but only time will tell. Ill update if there are any issues. Now I just need get my winter seeds planted
