Instructions were not easy to follow and some of the fasteners were missing. Also the parts list describes the two bolts as M10 for the diameter and they are actually M12-1.75 thread pitch. The instructions say the longer bolts are 70mm, but they are actually 80mm. Just good to know this in case you have to purchase the missing ones. Other wise seems to be a good carrier.

Received the hitch and accessories very quickly and packaging was great. No damages to any parts. The hitch came with a very heavy duty zipper bag, cargo net with hooks, tie downs, and some additional straps for the bag. Easy to assemble but the directions were small and I had to look at a picture online to figure out some steps. Took about 45 mins to bolt together. Make sure to turn the bolts out so they dont tear into your cargo. The picture shows have the nut on the inside but I put them to the outside. We took a five hour trip with the thing loaded down and I never worried about it. The metal frame is very heavy duty. You’ll need two people to get it on the car hitch. The only improvement I could think of is to have better painting on it. I already have a few places where the paint has come off and started to show some rust. Nothing some sand paper and can of rustoleum can’t fix.

I recommend buying this product, it held up very well on our 1,050 mile trip. .

I bought this to haul Christmas presents and a months worth of my clothes and my food stuffs from ATL to PGH. I did pay someone to assemble this and he just watched a you tube video and had it together in about 45 minutes. This folds up nicely and sure did the trick for hauling. I’m super glad I chose this model and I’m marking this as “highly recommend”

I was very impressed with this cargo carrier. It’s very sturdy, looks good and the folding option makes it a 10. The only thing I can say that needs to be improved is the instructions (pretty hard to follow) and the pin that is used to store the carrier in the upright position. The pin fits a little loose which allows the carrier basket to rattle when you’re traveling. It would be nice if the pin was equipped with a sleeve to hold the upright basket firmly to the drawbar. I was able to fix it myself.

We purchased this for our Christmas trip and it was exactly as described. Easy to assemble, easy to use… a game changer for storage on a road trip!

I have a front hitch receiver mounted on the front of my truck. I put a storage box on it to keep my portable generator in. The hitch anti rattle bracket would have been a nice touch if it were complete ( missing the actual plate and hardware). Outside of that, very good, at least for my needs

The carrier came with everything, cargo netting and a waterproof storage bag with all the straps. Easy to install, sturdy. The only thing I did was paint it with a dull black as both rust preventer and hiding the nuts and bolts.
