It's fluffy snow but can make crunchy also
This is great I was worried that I was going to get maker that only gave me the crunchy snow and not the nice fluffy snow. After using it I found to get fluffy snow it is the shape of the ice and then sweat it and push gently on the handle then the snow will be perfectly fluffy
