No instructions with the unit. But it's pretty easy to figure out if you take your time.

Done about 8 runs with the still works great no problems out of it changed the bass valves and add a seal around the lid and a temperature gauge on the pot so I can see pot temp
Awesome product don't no about other reviews but the welds were nice and clean on mine only problem I had was water pump is not good I must say customer support was awesome also this is a very good buy
