It didn't work when I first plugged it in, no lights, no power. Took it apart and found the power clip to the circuit board had popped off. Reconnected it and now it works great. Looks like a cheep power clip that can easily come loose is the only flaw in a great machine. Have used it on several loads so far.

This is the best ultrasonic cleaner I have ever had. Very powerful, great heater, very powerful ultrasonic cleaner works on anything. Regularly we use it to clean small race motors for kart racing, motorcycles and cars. Works excellent. due to the size and the power of the unit you will save a lot of time cleaning with this high quality machine. Cleans many items perfectly. Just the other day we cleaned a shower head that was plugged up and it made it as good as new! Carburetors and engine parts no problems. I wish I had made the switch to this unit long ago instead of using my much weaker unit that is good for jewelry but not much else. I highly recommend this product and this great company.

Arrived quickly in a well packed box. Plugged in and nothing. No power lights, no LEDs. Was about to return it but decided to take a look at the power cord and jack. After unscrewing the jack from the back of the unit, discovered a loose wire at the power switch. Reconnected it and everything works great! Removed 1star because I shouldn’t have to do this for a new unit. Otherwise this works great!

This product does exactly as described very good quality. Allow yourself a 4-5 hours for tank this large to heat up to around 150f.Nick costa

Used to clean carburetors and it did the job

As some other reviews say it’s capacity is smaller than it appears, it is barely half the depth of the entire machine but sense I was expecting that and still feel it is a good value all I would recommend is go ahead and get one a bit bigger than you think you will need. You can partly fill the tank with water and put small parts in a ziplock with a cleaning solution so you don’t have to use a bunch of cleaner for small parts so there is no real downside to a larger machine besides the space it will take up but if you plan on doing anything larger you will probably be glad you did. The heater seems to work well, I filled it with hot water from the tap and turned on both the heater and the cleaner and it warmed up the already hot water. I have only experimented with simple green and another degreaser I have as cleaners and they both stripped all the gunk off very well. What surprised me most is I put a whole trigger housing in without dissembling it, I know that this company uses plenty of grease inside so I was curious how much it would get off but to my surprise there were globs of grease in the tub after it was drained. Keep that in mind when cleaning parts that have friction because it will strip the grease as well as oil from inside and need to be re lubed bit that is the whole point. All in all pretty surprised with how quickly it removes heavy build up from right nicks and crannies that are very difficult to get to any other way.

I had to change my review. I thought I had a problem with the unit, but as it turns out it was my error. The unit is all I could ask for and more. Performs superbly. I use it every day for cleaning fishing reel parts and they come out brilliant. It has a quick drain valve for easy draining of the 10L tank. I would definitely buy this product again.

Works great ...I use it for carburetors and other miscellaneous motorcycle parts for cleaning .....temperature control doesn't really stay at the correct temp but that's not a big deal to me ...great machine and happy with it .

Easy to use and works great. It takes a good while to heat up if you have it on max temp.
