I used it to help clean a boat carborator, it worked great!

Obviously, the first thing I did was the foil test. I ended up with amazing results. Achieved excellent cavitation within 2 minutes or less. If you were looking for a powerful one, you found it. I would just be careful with the timing as the oil was pretty well destroyed in less than 2 minutes.It is a little loud, but given the power, its what would be expected.When operating, you should give it time to preheat first if using heat, but, the heating power was not lacking any either.The only thing I wish was with it would be a plastic basket, but I'm not sure that a stainless one would scratch anyways.No one mentioned the tub size. Its about 10.25" x 5" with plenty of depth. Much like the stainless pans you would find in a restaurant.I have only tested it so I will come back and leave a little more once I've cleaned a firearm (my main intention) and some jewelry.

The unit heats up more than I would prefer for cleaning purposes. Otherwise its a great unit.

Bought this for cleaning gun, does excellent job! I think the built in heater makes all the difference. Also using to clean jewelry no dirt or grime left behind!!!!! MJ

I used this to clean carburetors for small engines and it works great. I used around 50 degrees Celsius of heat and let it go for about 15 minutes and it cleaned it right up

This is the best ultrasonic cleaner I have ever had. Very powerful, great heater, very powerful ultrasonic cleaner works on anything. Regularly we use it to clean small race motors for kart racing, motorcycles and cars. Works excellent. due to the size and the power of the unit you will save a lot of time cleaning with this high quality machine. Cleans many items perfectly. Just the other day we cleaned a shower head that was plugged up and it made it as good as new! Carburetors and engine parts no problems. I wish I had made the switch to this unit long ago instead of using my much weaker unit that is good for jewelry but not much else. I highly recommend this product and this great company.
