Very smooth operating lift. Had to change the tv mount to let the tv sit lower. Lack of manual for programming. Still give it 5 stars for it's construction.

Outside use

The directions in the box made no sense. Also, it would have been nice to have had more accurate dimensions when ordering. Thirdly. I had to fabricate a new steel mounting bracket for my installation. It would have been nice if they included a couple different types of mounting brackets.

Works well very quiet. Lifts 43” tv with no issues.

Very compact and effective. The speed is adequate, not too fast to cause damage and not too slow. Love this item. Makes our small room bigger by hiding this item.

This mechanism is very solid, and its movement is smooth and precise. Worst part is that the installation instructions are complete jibberish. If you try to follow the assembly diagrams, you will be lost. So just use your intellect to figure out how things go together. The mounting frame does not tilt, and I knew that beforehand. Since I used this as an overhead, drop-down, I needed tilt. I discarded the mounting frame that came with it, and ordered on Amazon, the Everstone adjustable tilt TV wall mount bracket, for $22.99. It mounts easily, with no modifications, and allows up to 15 degrees of tilt. It also has a provision for levelling the screen, but if everything else is installed plumb and level, the levelling feature is not needed.

Product works well but was very hard to assemble. Look up videos on YouTube. I found one from another country that helped somewhat. Nice product though. Quiet and very cool!

This works great. I use for a 55” tv in a cabinet I built for my back patio. Very easy to install and works flawlessly. I was very happy with the price of the lift. Delivered right in time. Install instruction weren’t very good, not sure I need them. It’s very simple.
