As advertised!! However it make noises when going down but not enough for me to give it anything less then 4 stars. Instructions suck so just use common sense for your space because there is no number to call to ask anyone questions. Go ahead a get yourself one!!!

Wrong instructions, no leveling or tilting functions, but at price point for basic product that can move screen up and down.Base provided is different from instructions, they provide 2 feet to attach to motor base. TV bracket diagram is wrong but you can figure out how to put it together but there is no leveling adjustment so you may need to not tighten until you can level your TV. Limited screws for TV attachment were provided so you will need to get them separately. You will also need bracing to the wall or to cut the runner. If you cut the runner clearance from the TV to the wall is limited so make sure TV connections are not limiting. For a experienced installer.

Great product. Very satisfied. I put it in a footboard at the bottom of my bedframe. I guess my only wish the height was lower so that I could make the footboard even with the bed. Although, it still looks great in a box at 31” so really no complaints. I would add pictures but Im still upholstering the footboard/bedframe. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up!

Good product, which was slightly less and the base that’s a little less and mountable wired controller wire is too short otherwise good product

Great value, fairly easy i stallation (2 people makes it easier to place tv on stand), smooth and steady operation. Super happy with purchase. Still new, crossing fingers it continues to run smoothly for years to come. Highly recommend.

It is a lot more quiet than I thought it would be. It was super easy to install. The remote works great!It takes 45 seconds to lift.

innovative install for our purposes and works perfectly. We have a computer work area behind tv and this allows for full use of space!
