Wife eats it all day every day. Noisy SOB but as long as the wife is happy nothing else matters!

Product arrived damaged (see video). No instructions were received. Wanted it to have ready for thanksgiving but that wasn’t successful as I’ve been looking for instructions and need to see if it even works with the damage it has.

Very happy so far it worked great for a party of around 80 people make ice fast the storage could be a little bigger and it would probally be too loud for in the house . The ice quality is excellent along with lts style..everyone loved it.

the ice that this makes is absolutely fantastic but the storage is very small and for some reason is melting very fast in a very cool environment. quite loud when making ice but it makes beautiful ice that everyone would love

We absolutely love this ice machine!!! My two children are obsessed with the ice and we use some fruit flavor to make them slushies. It’s also a hit with all the guests at our house because we like to entertain all the time. The only one complaint I would have is that it’s pretty loud. I had read all the reviews of everyone saying how quiet it is but perhaps I’ve never had an ice machine just to make ice so I am comparing it incorrectly. But I definitely recommended it to my friend since she came over and is buying one today. The only part that sucks for me is that I spent over $1000 and today it’s on sale for 649.

We have a open concept home. Kitchen is off of the living room and this machine is loud.Kicks on all the time so there isn't much relief from the sound.Everything else is great. Great ice, we enjoy having the ice on hand at all times.

The quick connect hose leaks like a sieve. I made sure the gasket was installed but nothing seems to help besides some Teflon tape. It's holding up so far. Oh and the plastic coating covering the stainless!?!?!?! Really?!?!? I had to literally take the ice maker apart to be able to remove all the plastic coating otherwise it looks like crap cause you can't remove it just by pulling on it. Anyhow, remove that crap before assembly!!

Absolutely love it.
