I had a commercial slush machine but it was too big for home use. I bought this one & it worked just as well. I'd but it again and again and again.

Purchased a slushy machine. It arrived fully assembled but with someone else's sticky slushy residue on it. I paid for a NEW machine and received one that was obviously used and returned. The on/off switch does not work. It works when its plugged in but has to be unplugged to turn off. I sent phots a d videos to vevor and have yet to receive a call Or follow up. Initially I just wanted a new machine鈥?but now i just want to know where to send it and when to expect my money back鈥? Customer Service NIGHTMARE

How do you switch this machine into self cleaning mode? The user manual doesn’t explain.I’ve had my double bowl machine for a few weeks now, the only trouble I’m having is leaking from the drop tray due to over flow.It’s freezes great and my friends and family love them.My only issues are, I thought I was buying new, but it arrived with sealed cracks. I contacted the seller and was issued a small refund to purchase resin if cracks leaked (I didn’t want to send it back, I was overly excited about having it). No leaks yet. User manual doesn’t explain ANYTHING!!!!!But other than that, so far so good

We bought it for residential use. The unit was very easy to set up and tear down to clean. However, actual use had to be done through trial and error. The touch pad works great, but temp is Celsius with no option for Fahrenheit. You have to figure out at what temp to set the machine to for a good slush. Overall, I would buy again.

I work at a bar in Southern California and we purchased this Frozen Drink Machine. Our guests absolutely loved the drinks we made with it! The Set up for these machines is really easy and the back up parts and manual they give you make it so easy! There are even instructions on how to freeze the drink properly with sugar content in the manual - which as a bar manager is lifesaving!!! Not only do they offer amazing customer support they also give you back up pieces incase you need extras. Honestly would recommend 1000%. Great company, great customer service!!!!

Machine works fantastic and will even make a good slushy with the alcohol in the machine. 2 problems though that make it only 4 stars. The machine is too loud. I recommend setting it up on a porch, not inside the house. It is also difficult to determine the proper setting as there is no guide. I found 23 works best if you have alcohol but have yet to figure best setting for non-alcoholic drinks.
