We bought this for our son and daughter in law for Christmas. Best gift ever! They use it all the time and love it.

Very limited instructions on how to use it, but once we figured it out it works great. Arrived with a cracked lid but customer service replaced it quickly.

It’s definitely NOT easy to understand the instructions but the use is pretty straight forward. If you want slushee type drinks, the ice cream is the best option. It’s kind of cool though that you can choose different settings to make other levels of coldness to your drinks. It would be altogether better if they simply told you which setting could do what in the instructions but they don’t so I had to watch videos.

Many settings- all work for different functionality. Easy to clean. Nice safety control switches.

Saves a lot of time in making frozen drinks.

Used for fun raisers, easy to use, and clean up was great. Just remember save your gallon jugs, it makes it easier to fill

We’ve used this twice so far and it’s worked well both times. I wish it was a little larger, but we just kept adding as we went so it didn’t have to slushee the whole container from the start every time. The drip tray and parts of the plastic aren’t super heavy duty quality.

Received item in good time, use it immediately that day. Turns out to be a great long lasting product.

Likes- who doesn’t like a slushie? This unit makes great slushies. Pay attention to your brix number, it is not a cake walk, but once you get the mixture right, it’s awesome. Buy a large pitcher and some containers to keep mix in and ready to refill.Dislikes - not many, but the instructions could be better, and including a brix meter would be beneficial. As would some recipes, that was the tricky part for us. The plastic tray is a bit flimsy, but otherwise, excellent construction.I would get one without question.
