Here’s the deal! The machine itself, was/is a mess/excellent! The first machine I received was a Hugh problem! Oil seeping from the neck of the machine;However, the customer service was above excellent I was nervous because I was dealing with a company outside the US. But I MUST say, it was NOT a problem! Each time I emailed they responded accordingly! I AM HAPPY! The second machine I received is working above what was expected! Thank you Vevor for providing EXCELLENT Customer Service! I Will and have already purchased from this company again. I didn’t care how much they knew until I knew how much they cared, and they have showed me they care about their customers! I was able to put it together pretty well, the instructions weren’t very clear honestly but I figured it out. However, my machine came damaged, which was probably due to fedex. I’m still learning how to use it properly. I have issues getting the presser foot to lower, but I just learned how to use the knee pad. So far so good id say.
