About 35 days after we bought this we used it for the first time and had a problem. Since it was passed the return period we contacted Vevor. They were fabulous to deal with. The situation was quickly resolved with no problem. Vevor responded quickly and it was a pleasure dealing with them.

I have never rodded a pipe before. Our basement floor drain kept backing up. I ran this rodder h rough the line several times running hot water. This rodder was half the cost of a plumber and I now own the machine to fix my issue if it ever happens again. If your in the fense, buy this rodder!!!!

I like the fact that I could get a 3/4" x 100 ft for an amazing price. It came with a one-year warranty. However, the reverse didn't work. We had to push the cable back into the machine by hand. I messaged the company asking for a replacement part. They asked for a video. I already put it away. I have waited enough time that the part should have arrived by now. Now I will either have to ask for a refund, replacement or use it the way it is. It came on a freight truck because it was over 100 pounds. Too much hassle when all I needed was the part for reverse. It is usable the way it is but should have worked sufficiently in the first place. Don't get me wrong I'm not unhappy with the machine just the lack of timeliness when requesting a replacement part.

Nice unit for the price. Able to navigate my odd sewer configuration that smaller units just couldn't.

Was easy to set up, instructions were almost clear, and it saves me $350 on the first use. It took me a little while to understand the feed and retrieve functions, but now I will have pristine sewer lines forever.
