Item came as described and delivered quite fast. I \"have\" equipment to handle this item for offloading due to \"weight\" (you might think of that BEFORE ordering). Now it's up to me to use it \"properly\". :) Read the instructions on this one for \"helpful hints\" before you create a worse problem for yourself. AND as one fellow said take your time and do not force. :)

This machine has saved me thousands in drain clearing companies in 1 year alone. I've rented machines in the past they made a mess everytime you spin them. This machines clean, and super easy to use there hasn't been a job to big or small. I've used it in 6" drains and as small as 1 1/2" sink drains. Great machine.

This machine is heavy as fuck. 110 pounds or so doesnt seem bad until you have to lift it into the bed of a truck. Be ready to buy or build a ramp if you get it for your business.

Worked good. Sewer was plugged about 60 feet from clean out. Tree roots again. Last 2 times, contractor price was $250. First time use of the machine practically paid for itself. Good product for the price!

Shipping took 5 to 7 days longer the tracking said. 11 days total from order date. So kot bad overall. It came undamaged and worked as it should. Haven't used it in the sewer pipe yet, but we did run the cable out and back again. Now we'll see how it stands up in the drain pipes. The assembly instructions were a bit too vague, but not horrible to figure out on your own.

This sewer machine works great, the motor has the power needed to turn the 100 ft cable and the autofeed works as it should. Do not hesitate to order.

I used this to run through our septic line that was stopped up. I pulled plenty of roots and \"debris\" out of it, but it did not clear it. I then went to the other end and had the same results. I ran about 70' in and figured out that the auger was going into the dirt through a break in the line and had to dig it up with the backhoe. The auger went through the blockage and about 20' into the dirt, that is how much power the motor has. The price is the best I have found and the quality is superb. I recommend this snake auger to any home owner.

This machine was about $400, which is the same amount I paid a plumber to drag his in and spend 15 minutes using. I just needed a longer snake and this will definitely do the trick, won't have to use it anytime soon hopefully but when I do it will pay for itself.

Shiping was faster than calling a Plumber. I order it on friday and got it on monday . I haven't had a chance to use it yet .But it look's just like the one have rented and used before.Should work just great.
