I had a bad problem with sewer clog for a full year I called every place and town and they told me I would have to get someone to dig so they can get to the sewer line to clean out I almost gave up but I found this product and it to me the most a hour and half but it went down it’s been two months and it’s been no holt in flush or anything I would easily give this a 10 thanks so much

Easy to use once you figure out how. It does have power in and out. Works great and a great value so far. I bought it for professional use and it has been great.

Great Machine

I used this snake this week and it was able to pull a pipe out of a drain. Called other plumber and only this snake pulled this pipe out. Very easy to use a lot of power, very reliable. Price is more than reasonable. Save a hundreds dollars!!

Perfect for what I needed. Customer Service is phenomenal. Instructional manual was not provided, so a YouTube link was provided to me after I called the Customer Service line. Only one downfall, an intricate piece to starting the machine is made of plastic. The company guarantees everything. From a woman's perspective I give the company and the equipment a thumbs up.

I would give it 5 stars if safety is better and have variable speed control. Follow up on my repair: it took less than 30 mins to pull out all the cable and rewinding it, so the repair wasn't bad, hopefully it won't unwind on my second job.I followed the instruction and check everything, right off the bat it is missing a bolt for the attachments, no big deal I found one in my bolt jar. Everything was working fine until 50 feet in, cable just unwrapped itself and smack me in the leg 4, 5 times, then everything turn south, machine is basically inoperable now and I managed to get the cable back out. I will try to fix the cable tomorrow and see how it goes. Drain is somewhat cleared and I have 1 more job to do after I re-wrap the spring cable. I will update the rating after I finished everything.

This is the third time in 10 years the same root has clogged my main line, and my basement is a straight 3-foot drop down through a trap door in my kitchen. So a HUGE pain to get a rented auger down into, and even more to get it back out. I said last time that I would purchase one next time it happened, and am SO glad I did. Just as easy to use and powerful as the bigger industrial ones at Rent-Rite; and very lightweight in comparison. Now I can just leave this down in the basement and do a routine cleaning every few months and never have to worry about the mess or straining again!
