My company Bought this for our Crane operator, the seat belt gives better security to the operator. and folds down flat giving a low profile. when using on top of truck you really want a seat that folds down to keep 13ft heigh limit.

Good value for the price. Bolted on in original holes. For a lawnmower seat it sets a little high but the comfort on rough ground makes up for the added height

I installed this on my 850B case dozer, it was simple, 4 holes and it's done besides bolting on the arms, which is also very simple. it's by no means a lazy boy cushion wise but its soft enough and the suspension ads to that. back folds and gives you different upright angle options. Plenty of slide adjustment in the seat.
