I got this to cut locker shackles easily (the 36 inch manual cutters are too bulky and can cause damage to the lockers). Here is a 9mm boron carbide octagonal shackle cut in 2 places - like butter in under a minute. I wouldnt try this on those 16mm Kryptonite Fuggetabouit ulocks (we use angle grinders), but up to 12mm can take it.

As a truck driver I'm using this rebar cutter to cut the bolt seals. It is doing excellent job without any effort. My driver's especially women's recommend it as it's super easy comparing to traditional bolt cutters required lot of force to cut. Adam

Great tool for the money and easy to work with in tight spaces. As long as you don't try to cut super hardened steel you'll be ok. Better than traditional bolt cutters all day long. Mark from Florida

This thing is a tank! It motors through anything i've put it up against, and makes cutting rebar a simple task. I can't speak to it's longevity, but it would pay for itself in one good day of use.

In the past I've had to cut rebar with a sawzall. What an incredible pain that was. Happybuy has near effortless pumping action that works the piston. I made a couple dozen cuts in no time. The cutters still looked brand new after I was done. This tool worked great... And the price was good!!!
