Love it easy to use was very easy to put together

Love it, perfect size for my smaller items.

It's nice and convenient, gets the job done. Does the job it was bought to do. I wish I would have bought the newer model as it allows you to have attachments to make cups, hats etc... and this is the only version that does not, but thats definitely my fault. I'll update again after I use it more!

I like this product. However when I ordered it after watching the video I was under the impression that this purchase included the other attachments

I will be honest the base is a pain to put together, once you get the hang of tilting the pieces to fit them together (like the instructions tell you to) you are golden. The heater itself is working well. The timer works. I had one issue with the middle of the piece not heating up but I was not using the pad that came with this. Once I started using this pad everything worked great.I will warn that there was a pretty bad smell when I first pulled the pad out of the box, but the smell went away and the pad works great.
