Took a me a minute to figure it out but it became fairly easy after a few uses.

I love all the things I've been able to do with this but I have a question. This came with absolutely no instructions and I haven't got a clue how to make the Mug Attachment work. I can plug it in and get it hot but it won't clamp down on the mugs. Is there a specific size mug that has to be used? I bought generic white mugs at the Dollar Tree to experiment on and I can't get them to clamp into the attachment. I'm afraid I'm gonna shatter the mug or bust the attachment itself. Has anyone else been able to get this to work? I can't find a video anywhere that shows how this works.

This product is great! Plus I saved $100 not buying the popular name brand.

The heat press is very good.

Purchased this Heat Press for the price and because the video made it look a lot easier than it was for me. I Only recommend that more detailed instructions are given regarding how to use all components of the set. Overall, it gets the job done.

i got this press because of it size i did have to go on youtube to see how it works but over all i love this press

Wasn't sure how this would be VS cricut brand. Due to cost and looking at reviews went with this. Good choice!

Works Greta and easy

Works great. Only issue is, it's hard for me to press button enough to turn on and off. Also can't figure out how to make F'. Overall, though love it.

Product itself seems to work very well so far. Therefore I am pleased with the quality. My only complaint it that when I opened the box decal were already peeling but a cosmetic issue doesn't bother me in the least. Also it doesn not have instructions for operation but I was prepared for that since I did my research before purchasing the product. I supplied an image or a project I completed with this product.
