Took a bit to get it to functional status on 120v. Haven’t had the chance fo 240v. Does what it should. Don’t really need to cut more than 3/16” an occasional 1/4”. The regulator has a leak which will get a repair or replacement. From 20 gauge sheet metal to 3/16” mild steel it hasn’t got a problem on 120v, 1/4” not so much.

This is a great device. The instructions are a bit light but its easy to figure out how to set it up and it works better than I expected. I have only used it on 220 volts so I can't comment on how well it will handle 110.

light weight, easy to move around.
It works as they said, used it to gouge my loader bucket cracks so i could reweld it , worked very well with minim warp age. didn't try the 110 volts, I hooked it to 220 right away. would be nice to have more consumables, and a better book to go with it.

Very pleased.
Easy to assemble. Decent product. Works fine on 110 volts, but hook that sucker up to 220 and it cuts 1/2 inch steel plate with ease!!

Great machine for the money
Clean cuts 1/8” hr steel no problem, really impressive machine for the money. Anything over 3/16 thick will work it and require some cleanup. I run it on 220v and 60psi. Definitely would buy again

Works well and easy to setup but no spare torch replacements
ASSEMBLYI used plenty of Teflon tape to fit the regulator screw in fittings. Hose clamps held fine. The rest is pretty straightforward.HOW IT WORKSOn 120 volts it cuts OK but comes alive on 240 volts. Bought an adapter cable on Amazon to run 240 volts.IMPROVEMENTSGround cable is shorter than I like so I also bought some like sized Dinse connectors and #4 gage black copper welding cable to make a 10 foot extension for the 2 meter ground cable.SUMMRYPilot arc works great. No problem cutting painted or rusted steel.SHORTCOMiGSI am not fully satisfied because the included AG60 pilot arc torch, should it fail, is not replaceable because the switch connector is a 3 pin design. There are plenty of 2 pin switch connector based AG60 pilot arc torches but not there are no three pin. I added a closeup of the 3 pin connector on the front of this cutter. LOTOS has a 3 pin torch for their older red CUT50 pilot arc, but LOTOS specifies it only works on their plasma cutter and no other brands. Just be wary. (See update below)UPDATE 12-16-20 —I researched the 2 pin vs. 3 pin configurations. I called LOTOS tech support in California. I found out the switch connector only needs two pins (1 and2) are needed. The third pin is not needed. Why 3 pins? No real reason. For $12 in USPS with tracking they will send me a 2 pin to 3 pin adapter. I will update when I receive the adapter.
