This ice maker is PERFECT FOR my restaurant ... ( irie CARIBBEAN cuisine ) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I liked the size of the unit, the small pump, the look of the stainless steel, Disliked the water filter that came with the unit. Decided to upgrade the water filter with one that has an easy chance out water filter. Also I upgraded to branded stainless steel water lines. I did not like the small plastic lines with the unit kit.

Awesome product easy to use

We used this at the lake while camping. It sat outside in the heat and worked like a charm. We had to buy an adapter to hook it up to water hose but it was less than $10. I had it unboxed and going within 30min. The storage box will hold a little over a 10lb bag of ice before it builds up and kicks it off. It will hold more but you may have to break it up some. We didn't mind because we kept it bagged up and put it in the freezer. It makes about 8 10lb bags a day realistically but I'm sure if you weighted the bags I put more than 10lbs in each. I ordered the bags off Amazon. I usually got about 5 bags a day because I didn't empty all the time.

Because of pandemic haven't really had to use it. It wad purchased for our church for church events.

The storage capacity is awesome. I had a graduation party to plan for and placed around 10 bags of ice in the freezer. The rest of the time I used fresh ice from the ice machine for drink.

This is really a great Ice maker. I highly recommend you throw all the hoses away and get steel braided lines and a decent water filter. You will need an adapter which I got a lowes. The little included pumps works well and I have the drain going into a 5 gallon water jug I picked up at walmart. Turn it off every night so I don't have to hear it and have never run out of ice.I can now fill up my cooler anytime I want and it still makes enough ice for the family. So I recommend this machine. Just be prepared to hook the water line up and the drain or hire a professional to do it for you.Once I got the parts it only to ten mins to hook up.

The product is great but the company uses fedex to ship,good luck getting it in one piece,mine was all dented up.
