Ice machine works great. Makes ice pretty fast. Easy and simple to use. Auto shutoff when full is nice.

This machine looks like the one that I bought before; it was discounted but looked brand new. I was ordering the other unit for more Ice storage capacity. These machines will make a lot of ice but will only hold 12-15# at best. maybe they use an old stock photo in their add.

Had some issues with cosmetic got a discount makes great ice and it's compact and size .

So far, so good. Took a while to get here due to a warehouse issue but it operates well and we have had no issues. It is more than capable of keeping up in a company of 30.

Machine seems to works good, but not without issues. I bought this model because it came with a drain pump, once received, was not really much of an up sale. the pump came with NO INSTRUCTIONS, NO POWER Plug, and appeared to be for 220VAC only. With some trial and error, got the pump to work. USE THE 2 WIRES that say 220VAC and wire up a plug!! ANY AC condenser pump is and will do the same thing.. 2nd MAJOR issue, the units they sent the LCD touch screen was in Chinese. and the manual was no help on changing. with many emails back and forth, the display could not be changed to english.. the seller sent me another copy of the same manual that came with the unit and offered a very small credit.. I said NO and I was not wanting to deal with the chinese display. They offered to take the machine back, or send me a display for english and a much larger credit, which I took. Credit showed right away, and display 2 weeks later, as it was shipped from China. Changing out the display was easy for me...The Ice machine itself, seems to work well, But the ICE per 24 hours and the storage holding numbers are WRONG.. Holding bin, holds maybe 25# if it is lucky (can fill 2 and 1/3 10# bags when FULL to the Brim) and 24 hour production is closer to 50# ish. I ran the machine constant for about 2 weeks, and ran without an issue (we had a large party and was storing in freezer). Oh, Also the water filter does not appear to be very efficient. as I have the machine off right now, and and dry inside, on the ice tray and inside the holding area there is a light white dust/film, which looks like lime deposits, which is interesting, I have no lime deposits on anything else in my home.. All in all I like the machine, but if I was to do it over, I would look at the next larger size... Sellers customer service, is there, but very slow to respond and very broken english, just like the manual.....

Love the pump. Ran drain hose to pump and pump discharge to washer machine drain. Had it set up and working in 30mins. It makes around 80 lbs per 24 hours. I bag ice and put in chest freezer. Now let's see how long this product will last.

I needed an ice maker that could produce a lot of ice, quickly, and that I could flush and drain for the winter. I use this machine in a three season outdoor shed that isn’t heated so I needed to be able to flush it out and ensure no water was left in the system when I turn everything off for the winter. Also because this is in an outdoor shed, I needed a drain pump because there is no way to do a gravity fed drain. So this was the right choice. It works like a charm. Easy to drain and “winterize” using the touch screen. It makes a ton of ice, and fast. The pump arrangement works great. The machine is nicely built, solid, fairly quiet. In general I think it’s a really good machine and a solid value. I would certainly recommend it.

So far after 1 yr i have had no problems with this machine it is efficient for all my need,I am happy with this purchase, i use a lot of ice in the summer months, I bag up ice and put in freezer, some have ice all summer long for coolers and frozen drinks etc.
